DEPOSIT is due with a signed contract to reserve a date. Typically we split the entire payment into 2 or 3.

TOURS/WALK-INS tours are available by appointment here. The Cà Phè is open from 8am-3pm every day so you're welcome to stop by for a coffee!

DOGS must be on a leash and are permitted for the ceremony and pictures after!

PARKING is available on Penn Avenue and the surrounding side streets. On weekends, there is much more available, free parking. We always suggest an UBER for those who aren't comfortable with city parking. We can accommodate parking for those with accessibility needs.
MUSIC is played through our speakers and a Spotify playlist.

FOOD is included in our packages through one of our 5 favorite caterers.

THE MINIUM to book the venue doesn't matter to us! For catering, we'd say about 20.

VENDORS outside of our package, except catering, are permitted with approval.

THE BAR is provided by Ineffable Cà Phê. You can opt for a full bar (included in your package) or we can customize!

DESSERT can be brought in from anywhere. Our team will cut and plate the cake at no extra charge.

DAY-OF COORDINATION is a part of the role we play in your day.
We define that role as a team that is present from start to finish that will execute your timeline and logistics, direct your guests and handle setup and cleanup.

ACCESSIBILITY is not a problem here! Our property is fully ADA Compliant.
​
CEREMONIES can be on or off-site. The package price is the same regardless of what you choose.
​
CLEAN UP is completed by us. Your only responsibility is to appoint someone to take whatever was brought in.

ACCOMMODATIONS are a plenty! Tryp Hotel, Hotel Indigo, Springhill Suites in Bakery Square to name a few. Being minutes from downtown Pittsburgh gives you access to many more hotels nearby!
